Day #26 of the 30 day challenge has prompted me to get back into my little studio and play with paint.  My creativity has been waning these past few days and then out of nowhere, I just wanted to play and experiment.  I must tell you that it is quite liberating to do so without the pressure of any expectations and I think I am finally learning to paint for me.  I am unapologetic because I simply love the clean, simple lines of this type of art.  With a background in interior design, I love the juxtaposition that would be gained from putting this into an interior loaded with texture.  Fantastic!  Stay tuned for a series and exploration of these kinds of paintings.  They seem to encourage discussions about what is - and what isn't - art.  Would love to hear your thoughts . . .  SOLD
