Pomegranate

Day 21 - So incredible that today marks the 3rd week since I began the 30 paintings in 30 days challenge.  I've always loved pomegranates and so I picked this one up at the grocery store and immediately sliced it in my studio.  And there it sat - until I had to slice it again.  Creative energy is a fickle being - I'm just so happy that this painting actually got finished and the pomegranate managed to compost slowly . . .
